The original Kaguwa show restaurant started 17 years ago in Roppongi.
In 2024, the same performers started a new restaurant in Asakusa, the historic heart of Tokyo’s entertainment and red-light district!
Dressed as Oiran, Geisha, and Samurai, our performers put on a variety of programs on stage for over 60 minutes.
An authentic Japanese show that combines tradition and innovation, this non-verbal show transcends language barriers to
reach the hearts of everyone.
When you’re sightseeing in Asakusa, be sure to stop by.

Chairwoman's Greetings
For 11 years, I belonged to the Japanese-style show restaurant "Kaguwa" that opened in Roppongi in 2004, and after Kaguwa closed, I continued to perform at various locations as "Neo Japanesque Kaguwa", carrying on the history and intentions of Kaguwa. .
Now, at the newly opened venue in Asakusa, we will be holding regular performances every Wednesday to Sunday as "Asakusa Kaguwa".
We will express and disseminate the beauty of Japanese culture in a Kaguwa style. Please enjoy the gorgeous dances of Oiran and the powerful sword fights of the samurai, etc.
One of the major highlights of this Asakusa Kaguwa Show is,
There is an original story "Reirō Daiguren".
Scriptwriter Michiru Egashira, famous for the dramas ``Gokusen'' and ``1 Liter of Tears,'' wrote for Kaguwa. This is a newly written work.
The story of a Yujo who survived even in a harsh environment will warm your heart.
Also, be sure to check out the original music created for Asakusa Kaguwa by violinist Ryoma from the Ryoma Quartet and shakuhachi player Hitoshi Nakamura from Sakuramen.
We will continue to be loved by customers not only in Japan but all over the world.
All the performers and staff will work hard.
Thank you very much for your support.
